Refund & Return Policy

At Oment, we strive to deliver top-quality products with complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the customized nature of many of our offerings (e.g., custom-sized uPVC windows and doors), our refund and return policy is limited.

🔹 Returns

  • We do not accept returns for custom-made or built-to-order products once production has started.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll inspect the issue and offer a replacement or repair as appropriate.

🔹 Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for order cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order (before production begins).
  • Once an order is confirmed and processing has started, no refund will be issued.
